Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of XiaoLee, operated by ParaDevs ("we", "us"). By using XiaoLee you agree to them.
1. The service
XiaoLee is a creator app. It lets you sign in, chat with an AI assistant, generate short vertical clips from videos you provide, publish them to channels you connect, and take part in campaigns and USDC payments. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and every clip generated from it. You give us a limited license to store, process and transform that content solely to provide the service to you, including publishing to the channels you choose. You confirm you have the rights to the media you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Connected accounts and publishing
XiaoLee publishes to a connected account (for example TikTok) only after you approve the specific clip. You are responsible for what you publish and for complying with that platform's rules. You can disconnect an account at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use XiaoLee to upload unlawful or infringing content, harass others, spam, attempt to break or overload the service, or reverse engineer it.
6. AI output
Transcripts, clip selections and assistant replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review them before you publish or rely on them.
7. Payments and blockchain
Payments and rewards use USDC on public blockchains. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible, and network fees may apply. XiaoLee is not a bank and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your wallet and for any taxes owed.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ParaDevs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or losses from third-party platforms or blockchain networks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
