Privacy Policy

XiaoLee ("XiaoLee", "we", "us") is operated by ParaDevs. XiaoLee is a creator app: it helps you turn long videos into short vertical clips and publish them to your own social accounts, with your approval. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: the identity returned by your login provider (email or Google, through Privy), and the wallet address linked to your account.
- Profile data you give us: full name, state, city, bio, social media links and interests, entered during onboarding.
- Content you upload: videos and audio you submit for clipping, their transcripts, and the clips we generate.
- Chat data: your conversations with the XiaoLee assistant.
- Messaging identifiers: your Telegram or X handle, if you use XiaoLee through those channels.
- Connected accounts: if you connect TikTok (or another channel), we receive your basic profile and an access token that lets XiaoLee publish on your behalf.
- Payment data: USDC transaction records on public blockchains (wallet addresses, amounts, hashes).
2. How we use it
- To run the app: sign you in, keep your chat history, show your dashboard and notifications.
- To generate clips from your media and, only after you approve each one, publish them to the channel you connected.
- To personalize suggestions using your onboarding profile.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse and fraud.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. TikTok data
When you connect TikTok, we use the access you grant only to publish the clips you approve and to read your basic profile. We do not post anything without your explicit approval. You can disconnect at any time from the app or from your TikTok settings; once disconnected, we delete the stored access token.
4. Service providers
We share data only as needed with providers that operate parts of XiaoLee: login (Privy), hosting and storage, speech-to-text and AI model providers used to transcribe and analyze your media and power the assistant, and the publishing platforms you choose. They process data on our behalf and not for their own advertising.
5. Blockchain data
Transactions on public blockchains are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted or altered by us.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account, uploaded media, transcripts, clips, chat history and stored tokens at any time (see Contact). Blockchain records are the exception described above.
7. Security
Access to stored data and tokens is restricted, and connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
XiaoLee is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your data, and may withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
